Typical Homework Week
Monday - Thursday: ELA half sheet and Math sheet
Starting in January , we will add a Keyword/sentence sheet on Thursdays.
Friday: NO HOMEWORK
Your child has a green homework folder that will be sent home daily. The left side (return to school) contains the current night's homework. The right side (keep at home) contains papers and notes for parents to review and keep.
Green folders are also used as a communication tool.
Kindergarten Key Words (sight words plus simple words)
Flash cards will stay at school to practice. A sheet of the words will be sent home for each unit.
